The war ended forty years ago and the world seems to be returning to normal, though a few unfortunate souls still bear the horrors their parents had to endure.
Arbour is a village settled just outside of Boston. It is the largest village in Massachusetts and gets many resources from the ruins of the city. The soldier's uniform here is a white dress-shirt, black pants, boots, and a red vest/jacket.
